This contract provides for the asbestos abatement and complete demolition of the City of Lacey-owned property located at 6230 W Sarazen St SE, Lacey, WA 98513 including, but not limited to, asbestos abatement, removal of a shed, utility service disconnections, foundations, concrete slabs, trees, and shrubs on the property. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for five percent of the amount of the proposal made payable to the City Treasurer, or an approved bid bond for five percent of the amount of the proposal executed on the approved form attached to these specifications. If bid bond is used, the five percent may be shown in dollars and cents or the form may be filled in by inserting therein, in lieu thereof, "five percent of the amount of the accompanying proposal". Check of unsuccessful bidders will be returned immediately upon award of contract. The range for this project is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
