Estimated cost is under $75,000. Sealed bids are requested for the demolition projects at the following locations: 1313 Main Street in Gilberton, 120-122 W. Birch Street in Mahanoy City, and 26 S. Main Street in Shenandoah. Separate bids and contracts are required for each project, and each must have its own line item on the bid form. No composite bids will be accepted. An original and two copies of the bid form must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name or firm and project details.
