Renovation of a golf course in Centreville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
Frank Holten State Park Grand Marias Golf Course Roof Replacement Project. PROJECT NARRATIVE: The existing shingles are beyond their serviceable life and need replaced. The roof is leaking in multiple spots and flashing around vents also all needs replaced. Due to the duration the roof has been in it's current state it is expected for some roof decking to also need to be replaced. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Remove all existing shingles down to the wood deck of the building approximately 9100 square feet. 2. Repair up to 15% of the total existing wood decking 3. Install ice and water shield and felt underlayment 4. Install all new lead flashings around the vents 5. Install new aluminum drip edge 6. Install shingles to closest match existing or as approved by IDNR 7. Cleanup and haul away all debris Please coordinate upcoming work schedule with James Gowen 618-874-7920.
