Reference number: 20109129 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-01-05 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender no Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 60 Expected duration of the contract with options (in months) 84 The Town of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines (hereinafter "the Town") wishes to obtain the services of a company for the emptying of septic tanks, retention tanks and residential sumps within the territory of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, as well as the transport of this sludge to an accredited treatment site. The seasonal schedule covers selective emptying of septic tanks and total emptying of retention tanks and sumps between 15 May and 15 October. The service requested also includes selective or total emptying of a tank outside the season (3 working days) and in an emergency (24 hours). This contract includes the following: Creation of the emptying schedule based on the Excel list sent by the City Opening of the tank cover, which must be cleared or removed in advance by the citizen Pumping of sludge Cleaning the pre-filter, when applicable; Replacing the septic tank cover; Preparing the pricing tables for the invoice; Taking notes or photographs or contacting the City official, when applicable (e.g., backflow, high water level, closed barrier, poorly cleared cover, etc.); Delivery of a door hanger with the emptying slip for residents; Transportation of sludge to a site authorized by the Department for Environment; Sending slips, anomaly reports, invoices and other administrative tasks. The contract will have a fixed term of five (5) years, beginning on 1 January 2026 and ending on 31 December 2030, with two (2) optional renewal years for 2031 and 2032.
