Renovation of a library in Brossard, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library.
Upgrades and repairs of Georgette-Lepage municipal library. The scope of work includes the renovation of the roof, replacement of mechanical equipment and redevelopment of the ground floor. The project also aims to acquire self-loan terminals equipped with RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) technology, installation of a smart document chute and a sorting belt as well as the purchase of furniture. TIMELINE: The owner is currently requesting proposals from architectural and engineering professional consulting firms for the preparation of the project design and construction work monitoring. Reference number: 20109548. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-12-29. Award by packages is not planned. Proposals submitted electronically are accepted via the SEAO, with two documents.
