Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
A. The Work of this Project includes replacing aging HVAC mechanical equipment, upgrading equipment motors to run with variable frequency drives, and improving the Building Automation System (BAS) to increase the overall energy efficiency. B. All work must be accomplished compliant with OSHA regulations, as expressed in 29CFR1910 and 29CFR1926. Further, all contractors must identify their Designated Competent Person to the CAR. C. Refer to Owner Project Requirements, for additional information. Goal for minority participation in each trade 32% Goal for female participation in each trade 20% Question Deadline 12/29/2025 To receive consideration, questions regarding the Bidding Documents must be submitted in writing no later than 10 days prior to the advertised date for receipt of Bids.
