Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade stadium; and one-story above grade fitness / recreation center.
Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to manufacture and install three large-scale, back-lit signs. Signs will be installed on the Student Wellness Center (Building 61) and the UNF Arena (Building 34). Project work hours may be Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The conceptual design intent, location, electrical and structural drawings for each sign are included in the Buyer Attachments. Refer to the Buyer Attachments for the complete scope of work and specifications. Respondents must complete, sign, and upload a copy of the provided Price Proposal Form; this form must not be modified. Respondents must agree to provide all goods and services within the specified time and in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions. Minimum requirements include a minimum of three years of relevant experience, holding the required applicable state contractor license, and compliance with all solicitation documents. Instructions require submission of an executive summary, project history, organizational information, subconsultant/subcontractor form if applicable, and a completed Price Proposal Form. Responses must be electronic, submitted through the specified portal, and include all requested information to be considered responsive.
