Site work and renovation of a religious / funeral development in Grand Island, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a 515-square-foot religious / funeral development; and for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.

A. Scope of work: Furnish and install underground irrigation system specified herein including piping, sleeves, valves, drip tubing, wiring, fittings etc., throughout site; including labor, materials, equipment, apparatus, and services for the testing, adjusting, retesting and readjusting as required to place the system in an approved operating condition. B. Unless otherwise specified, the plans and specifications are intended to include everything obviously requisite and necessary for the proper installation and completion of the work whether each necessary item is mentioned herein or not. C. The plans and specifications are intended to be cooperative, and any item called for in one and not the other shall be as binding as if called for in both. D. Any Contractor field alterations to the plan, details, or specifications will not be approved by the Owner and/or Consultant. E. Submittals for substitutions must be submitted 14 days prior to bid for approval. All submittals must match the design parameters (flow rates, precipitation rates, control options, etc.) and design intent of the products shown in the drawings. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 (+ 7% NE Sales Tax) payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Please Note: Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the BID DATE of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Memorial Carillon at The Nebraska Veterans' Cemetery at Grand Island.
