The scope includes the furnishing and delivery of up to 42,000 gallons of 15% Sodium Hypochlorite Solution to the Waste Water Treatment Plant. The contract has a base duration of one year, with an option to renew for a second year at the City's discretion. The supply will be ordered periodically as needed, with minimum and maximum volumes per order ranging from 2,000 gallons to 3,500 gallons, though typical orders are for 2,500 to 3,000 gallons. Bidders must be able to deliver the materials immediately upon notification of contract award. Proposals must include one hard copy and a digital copy on media of the bidder's choice, along with a sample contract. Bids must use the provided proposal forms, be sealed and properly addressed. Only properly qualified bidders who meet the requirements set out in the contract documents will be accepted. Bids must be submitted as outlined in the contract specifications.
