Site work for a water / sewer project in Grantsville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Questions Due Date: Dec 6th 2025, 12:00 PM MST The selected contractor will be responsible for all excavation, permits, removal and disposal of septic tank and leach field pipes, making new connections, backfilling, compacting and replacing soils, and any additional work necessary to complete a fully functional connection. Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with Grantsville City for all inspections and permits. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project in full compliance with applicable city and county codes, including but not limited to coordination with Grantsville City and Tooele County. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website. Bids shall include a detailed cost estimate for each line item on the attached bid schedule, a proposed project schedule, and a description of relevant experience with similar projects. Questions shall be sent through the U3P website. The contractor shall be licensed and bonded according to state and local regulations, provide evidence of experience in completing sewer connection projects, and provide three references from previous clients or projects. The selected contractor must enter into a formal contract and adhere to all standard terms and conditions.
