Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Westhampton Beach, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Provide protection as needed for the Gazebo structure and surrounding landscaping to prevent damage incurred while replacing the roof Remove existing cedar roofing including all carting fees Provide material and labor cost to install Red Cedar blue label perfection pressure treated 18 shingle roof on existing lathe Provide allowance to repair lathe as needed that might be damaged All Fasteners hidden and exposed to be 316 stainless steel All flashing to be 20-ounce Lead coated copper Provide as an add alternate the cost to provide and install scalloped shingles Provide thorough cleanup of site when completed Scope of Work (General) The following summarizes the required tasks: 1. Site Preparation and Safety 2. Demolition and Disposal 3. Installation 4. Clean-Up and Restoration 5. Warranties PLEASE NOTE that, depending on the dollar amount of the proposals received in response to this RPF, the Village may have to reject all proposals and advertise the Project for public bids in accordance with NYS General Municipal Law Section 103.
