Renovation of a residential development in West Seneca, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

CR#:2129331 The purpose of asking questions during the site visit is to obtain clarification regarding the enclosed Project Scope. In the event that modifications are needed to the Project Scope, the modifications will be distributed by the WNY OPWDD Business Office to all contractors. Contractors are to prepare and submit their quotes based on the written Project Scope and any modifications made in writing. Facility Address: 34 Barnett Dr. West Seneca, NY. 14224 Question Deadline 12/15/2025 Any questions not asked at the site visit must be submitted in writing to online. Official Responses to Questions by: December 17, 2025. This project is to renovate and abate Bathroom . The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 90 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of Bathroom renovation, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. The work shall include the following: 1. Contractor shall carefully remove door and door frame including trim and turn over to the owner for reuse. The items are attached to drywall with asbestos-containing joint compound. Coordinate all removal with the general contractor. There is approximately 10 square feet of joint compound. 2. Contractor shall carefully remove window trim and turn it over to the owner for reuse. The trim is attached to asbestos-containing joint compound. The window is to remain in place. Coordinate all removal with the general contractor. Properly dispose of any potentially contaminated material as asbestos-containing. There is approximately 6 square feet of joint compound to be disturbed. 3. Contractor shall properly contractor shall properly remove and dispose of drywall wall with asbestos-containing joint compound. Remove ancillary items (i.e grab bars, sink, toilet, ceramic tile, shower, etc.) Remove all insulation behind drywall during abatement. Coordinate all removal with the general contractor. The is approximately 250 square feet of drywall with asbestos-containing joint compound to be removed. 4. Contractor shall properly contractor shall properly remove and dispose of drywall ceiling system with asbestos-containing joint compound and textured coating. Including all, lights, fans, etc. Remove all insulation above ceiling during abatement. There is approximately 100 square feet of textured ceiling coating to be disturbed by the project.
