Renovation of an educational facility in Pulaski, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for contracts covering General Construction, Masonry Restoration, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical work for the 2024 Capital Project. Bids must be submitted in duplicate by 4:00 PM at the District Office, 2 Hinman Road, Pulaski, NY 13142. Contract documents can be examined at various designated locations or obtained electronically or in paper form for a set fee or deposit. Addenda will be distributed to plan holders of record by email, with hard copies sent by UPS if full-sized drawings are included. All contract documents obtained must be returned within 30 days after the bid opening for a full deposit refund, except for documents held by successful bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Each bid must include bid security as per contract requirements. Procedures for withdrawal of bids are provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Project completion dates are outlined in Section 011100 Summary of Work. A pre-bid conference will be held at the Lura M. Sharp Elementary School Cafeteria. Site visits may be scheduled after the conference with prior notice. Requests for interpretation, information, or clarification must be made in writing to the designated contacts. Responses to such requests are advisory and do not modify the contract documents.
