The successful contractor will be responsible for the complete turnkey project of re-roofing South Waco Elementary as per the attached specifications and drawings. Last Date for Questions Friday, January 23, 2026 @ 11:00 A.M. CST As of 12/10/2025, this project has been canceled. Owner will release a bid with solid and accurate specifications after the first of the new year. The successful contractor will be responsible for removing the existing roof(s) at South Waco Elementary and replacing them with a new roofing system as specified in the solicitation.
