Site work for a mixed-use development in North Caldwell, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

The Project involves minor debris removal, sidewalk replacement and rip-rap construction in two (2) locations in the Borough of West Caldwell. The project also consists of the removal and in-kind replacement of a 77" x 52" arch corrugated metal culvert (CMP) across Annin Road in the Borough of West Caldwell. Other work associated with the CMP replacement consists of reconnecting existing RCP piping to the proposed culvert, sanitary sewer upgrades, sidewalk and curb replacement, rip-rap construction, inlet upgrades and pavement restoration. Sealed proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked with the name of the contract being bid. Bids must be submitted on a standard form at the specified time and place, either by mail or in person. Late proposals will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, construction is to be completed within sixty calendar days. The right is reserved to waive any informalities and reject any and all bids. Bidders must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
