Renovation of a swimming pool in Palisades Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade swimming pool.
Sealed bids are requested for the Palisades Park Swim Club Pool Filter Repairs. Each bid must be submitted on prescribed forms, accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, disclosure statement, Consent of Surety, and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of at least ten percent (not exceeding $20,000) of the bid amount as a guarantee for contract execution. The successful bidder is required to deliver performance and payment bonds each equivalent to 100 percent of the accepted bid amount, provide all required insurance certificates or policies, and comply with Affirmative Action regulations, Executive Order 11246, and Chapter 33 regarding partner and stockholder disclosure. Bids need proper certification for corporations not chartered in New Jersey. All bids are irrevocable for sixty days and must comply with prevailing wage rates from state and federal labor departments. The Owner may reject any bids, waive informalities, or accept the lowest responsible bid.
