Site work for a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.
Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting sealed bids for a five-year contract for inspection, maintenance, and certification of SEPTA's fire suppression systems as outlined in the contract documents. All bids must be submitted electronically. No bid will be considered if it is submitted later than the specified time. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids. Each bid must remain firm for at least ninety days from the date of the bid opening and cannot be withdrawn during that time. Bidders must comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and certify compliance with Executive Order 12549. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, sex, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Any contract awarded is subject to a financial assistance contract between SEPTA and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
