PROJECT: This solicitation is seeking development services for the redevelopment of its former headquarters site located at 5300 E. Paisano Drive El Paso, TX 79905. HOME wants a Codeveloper that has experience with planning, financing, and constructing a mixed-income residential development with community serving amenities. The co-developer will be responsible for all disciplines, tasks, and practices to deliver a quality project at the best and highest use with efficient, sustainable and resilient design.
