This solicitation is issued to establish a Term Contract for "as required" services for Swimming Pool Preventive Maintenance and Repair for all schools and departments of Arlington Public Schools. It will be used as a primary source for the listed items during the contract term. The work's scope and specifications are detailed in the contract documents. Labor rates and any material costs specified in the Bid Form must include all direct and indirect overhead costs, benefits, insurance, transportation, materials, equipment, and other general and administrative costs or markup of any type. Bidders must submit all pages of the Bid Form, completing all blanks or marking them as "not applicable" when appropriate. A person authorized to bind the bidder in contractual matters must sign the Bid Form. Mandatory requirements are identified by "shall" or "must" and failure to comply results in rejection as non-responsive, except as provided for in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must include all mandatory information unless supplementation is specifically allowed in the Instructions to Bidders, Section 27, Submission Requirements. Submission of a bid constitutes acceptance of all provisions of the bid and contract documents and the bidder's agreement to comply with them.
