Renovation of a municipal facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project will entail construction of a new support structure and furnishing and installation of five (5) fixed electric winches with associated control panel and appurtenances. The Project is located on City-owned property at 1601 and 1609 East Byrd Street, Richmond, VA 23222. A. The Work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Performing erosion and sediment control measures and site security features, 2. Furnishing and installing a new support structure on the existing CSO-006 Regulator Outfall structure, 3. Furnishing and installing five (5) fixed electric winches (with associated control panel and appurtenances), 4. Performing system startup and training for all new equipment, 5. Performing cleanup and site restoration, and 6. Providing all appurtenant work for the complete installation of the CSO-006 Outfall Improvements in accordance with the Project Documents. The required Project durations for substantial and final completion are 270 and 300 Calendar Days, respectively, from Notice to Proceed The Project is funded with ARPA funds. Question Deadline 12/23/2025 at 5:00 PM ET must submit a written request for an interpretation through Online.
