Furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for Ditch 34 Repairs. The work consists of approximately 6,150 LF of 8" & 24" perforated and non-perforated HDPE storm sewer pipe, 6,150 LF of televising, 3 acres of seeding, 8,500 SY of Category 25 blanket, 3,500 LF of silt fence, together with selective demolition, traffic control, erosion controls, seeding, and other related appurtenances. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid security of at least 5% of the total bid in the form of a certified check payable to the City of Delano or a surety bond, serving as a guarantee that the bidder will not withdraw their bid for 60 days after opening and will enter into a contract if awarded. Eligible bidders must meet criteria defined in Section 00 45 49 Responsible Contractor Law in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 16c.285, Subdivision 3, and any additional criteria required by the owner. Bid proposals must be submitted electronically through the Questcdn website in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any minor irregularities, informalities, or discrepancies. A work history detailing qualifications and past experience must be provided upon request.
