Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 306,546-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

The project includes selective demolition and improvements to concrete, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, acoustical ceilings, and exterior elements serving 306,546 SF across nine buildings. All subcontractors must be prequalified with Scorpio prior to submitting a bid. Prequalification information and forms will be provided upon request.
