The work under this Contract consists of non-paved shoulder rework in various locations in Marion County. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. It is only necessary to submit the Small Business Affidavit (SBA) form once per year. Send a completed and notarized affidavit as an attachment to: SmallBusiness@dot.state.fl.us.
