Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.

The scope of work consists of two separate operations including but not limited to: furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for the resurfacing of designated streets including mobilization, parking sign placement, public notification, placement of traffic control devices per MUTCD, cleaning and conditioning of the roadways, repair of base failures as needed, adjustment of sanitary manholes and other publicly owned structures as required, milling as directed; placement and compaction of hot mix asphalt, saw cutting and installation of traffic signal loop wires where required, upgrade of ADA compliant curb ramps as directed, and placement of temporary and permanent pavement markings as required. All bidders must be licensed and comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act.
