**As of January 09, 2026, the awarded contractor is T Construction, LLC, with an awarded amount of $354,296.50.** The City of Conroe will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Sanitary Sewer Rehab - Cedar Ln. & S. San Jacinto Area in Montgomery County, Texas. Proposals must be labeled appropriately and submitted either electronically through the OpenGov Procurement Portal or manually in quadruplicate. Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, from a responsible Texas bank or a Surety Company with a State of Texas permit. The successful proposer is required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each for 100% of the contract price, from a Surety Company with appropriate permits. Specifications and CSP documents are available online at OpenGov, with questions regarding the bid also submitted through this portal. The City may enter into a contract with the offeror that offers the best value, in accordance with the selection criteria and weighted values provided. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, award parts of bids, and to waive informalities in submission. Question Submission Deadline: December 18, 2025, 2:00pm All questions pertaining to this project should be submitted online. FINAL QUESTIONS must be submitted 72 hours before the due date and time which will allow for final addenda to be issued within that 72-hour period.
