Scope of Project: 1. Approximately 1,200 LF of 21-inch through 54-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances; 2. Approximately 400 LF of 5'x3' through 7'x3' storm sewer box and all appurtenances; 3. Approximately 2,600 LF of 6-inch to 12-inch water line pipe and all appurtenances; 4. Approximately 1,750 LF of 10-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances; 5. Onsite Storm Water Pollution Control; 6. Restoration of the site. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding except time of submitting a Bid.
