The St. Johns River Water Management District (the "District") is seeking submittals from vendors to provide sand material to the District (the "Work"). The District anticipates purchasing approximately 18,000 tons of sand for use in buttresses. The District will provide the trucking. The District intends to award and issue a Purchase Order to one Respondent capable of providing the material requested in this solicitation. The Purchase Order shall serve as the Agreement between the District and the awarded Respondent. Interested, qualified Respondents are invited to submit a complete submittal package in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in this solicitation. Submittals must address all elements of the Scope of Services and comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the St. Johns River Water Management District Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
