The project will reconstruct and extend 91st Street from Cedar Niles Road east to the existing improved section of 91st Street. Work will include construction of a standard street section with curb and gutter, stormwater facilities, upgraded street lighting, sidewalks and/or trails and intersection improvements at Canyon Creek Boulevard/Mize Road. The project is include in the City of Lenexa's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 9, 2025, information regarding a design team and the contractor selection has not been disclosed.
