The purpose of this solicitation for Facilities General Painting Services (this "Solicitation") is to select a Company or Companies that can provide interior and exterior painting services for ad hoc projects at JEA owned facilities as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, and workmanship. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 All Questions must be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer, Danielle Crawford crawdn@jea.com, listed herein at least five business days prior to the opening date. Questions received within five business days prior to the opening date may not be answered. JEA may reject any Responses that it deems incomplete or irregular including, but not limited to, Responses that omit a price on any one or more items for which prices are required, Responses that omit Unit Prices if Unit Prices are required, Responses that offer equal items when the option to do so has not been stated, and Responses that fail to include a Bid Bond, where one is required. The Contract shall commence on the effective date of the Contract and continue and remain in full force and effect as to all its terms, conditions and provisions as set forth herein for three years. JEA may renew the Contract in its sole discretion for two additional one-year periods.
