Bids must be submitted on the Euna-Bonfire website under Bergen Community College and the appropriate opportunity. Bidders must register and establish an account with the electronic bidding platform prior to submitting a bid. The site of the Work to be performed under the contract is at the College's main campus, 400 Paramus Road, Ender Hall, Paramus, New Jersey 07652 Question Deadline 12/19/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All questions related to Bid Specifications and requirements should be sent through Online. It is anticipated that a contract for the Work will be awarded by the College at the February 2026 Board of Trustees meeting. The project will be for Bergen Community College's Pitkin Education Center. a. The project is direct replacement of the existing roof system at the library wing as indicated on the contract drawings. The complete tear off of the system down to concrete on metal deck it will include all wall flashings, edge details, and curb flashings. All existing piping and conduits will be temporarily supported for the installation of the new roof system and replacement is not included in the scope of work unless specific items are identified on the drawings noted. Any damage to the existing elements will be required to be repaired by the contractor. b. Alternates #1 will consist of the replacement of existing translucent skylight panels. The existing panels and curbs are to be refurbished and blocking provided as required to accept the new panel system and water proofed into the existing system as detailed in the construction documents
