Engineer's Estimate $820,000 Sealed bids will be received for the construction of the Osgood, North Street Reconstruction project at the Village of Osgood. The work includes the construction of curbing, sidewalks, paving, and storm sewer line for approximately 1,300 lineal feet of reconstruction of North Street. Bids must be submitted on the provided bidding forms, signed, sealed, and accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond for 100% of the bid amount or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit from a solvent bank for at least 10% of the bid amount, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond. Contractors and subcontractors are to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as practicable. Compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates are required. Bidding documents can be examined and obtained at the indicated engineering office for a fee, with additional costs for shipping. Bids will only be accepted from bidders listed on the engineer's official list of plan holders. The project owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities, irregularities, or errors within legal allowances.
