The City of Portsmouth is seeking an experienced and qualified firm or team of firms to respond to Hydrosolids Disposal Management. Project work includes management of hydrosolids generated at the Portsmouth Water Treatment Plant located in Madbury, NH. A. Contractor shall remove and utilize or otherwise dispose of hydrosolids generated at the Portsmouth Water Treatment Facility in Madbury NH (60 Freshet Road) in a manner permitted by federal and/or state environmental regulations and protocols. B. Contractor shall supply and operate loader to remove the hydrosolids from the storage bunker and load on to Contractor's trucks for hauling. C. Contractor shall perform all testing and analysis of the hydrosolids to comply with New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) regulations. D. Contractor shall perform all recordkeeping and compliance reporting. Copies of documents referencing the Water Treatment Plant or its hydrosolids, and location of beneficial use and/or disposal shall be supplied to Portsmouth.
