Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Washington Township, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The project includes the bridge replacement of Cass County Bridge No. 103 and associated approach roadway work as detailed in the Construction Plans. All questions regarding the project must be submitted via email to rgardner@crossroadengineers.com prior to 12:00 PM noon on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Bridge Replacement of Cass County Bridge No. 103 carrying South River Road over Minnow Creek, and associated roadway approaches as shown in the Bridge Replacement Plans; located 0.35 miles west of County Road 325 East in Washington Township, Cass County, Indiana. Each bid shall be accompanied by the deposit of an acceptable certified check or cashier's check payable to the Board of Commissioners of Cass County, Indiana or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond with good and sufficient surety in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid; a payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid; a maintenance bond for a period of one (1) year after completion of the project equal to twenty percent (20%) of the bid; and proof of insurance as specified in the General Provisions.
