Renovation of a stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into Contract with B.C. Pavilion Corporation ("PavCo") to enhance the current Closed-Circuit Television ("CCTV") system at BC Place Stadium ("BC Place") by adding more CCTV cameras that meet the project objectives defined in section 1. This RFP outlines the scope of work for the installation and upgrade of the CCTV system. The purpose of this Project is to enhance the venue’s surveillance capabilities and ensure full compliance with the FIFA 2026 CCTV requirements. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: 1. The installation of 340 new CCTV cameras; 2. The relocation of 10 existing CCTV cameras; and 3. The provision and installation of all associated supporting infrastructure, cabling, and accessories necessary to achieve full system functionality. Question Deadline 12/22/2025 at 11:45 PM PT
