This project is for the construction of the new Emergency Response Headquarters building at Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Range (CFMETR) located near Nanoose Bay, B.C. The new building includes a Firehall, a Military Police station, and amenities required to respond to nuclear emergencies. Key tasks include: Construction of a new Emergency Response Headquarters building. Utility connections to the building from existing utility mains. Relocation of existing utilities affected by the site development. Site development, and construction of new service road and landscaping. Removal of two underground tanks. TIMELINE: An RFP for design services has closed. Updates will be made upon release of award information.
