Sealed bids are requested for the execution of sitework associated with the installation of Inclusive Play and Shade Structures and restroom modifications at California Avenue Elementary School and Mesa Verde Elementary School. Work must be performed in accordance with the contract documents, including drawings and specifications that may be obtained electronically from the designated architect. Bidders must be appropriately licensed, registered for public work, and comply with all prevailing wage and enforcement provisions. Bids must be sealed, accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent of the base bid. The successful bidder is required to provide Payment (Labor and Material) and Faithful Performance Bonds, each equal to one hundred percent of the contract sum.
