Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lathrop, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The work includes the construction of splashpads with recirculating systems and associated utility and electrical work, a renovated play area with rubber surfacing, basketball court, baseball field infield improvements, a dumpster enclosure, pedestrian pathways and planting, and irrigation improvements at Mossdale Landing Park (700 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330) and Valverde Park (15557 5th Street, Lathrop, CA 95330). Each Bid Proposal must be submitted in accordance with provided instructions and requirements. Bidders must include proof of DIR Registration with their Bid Proposal. All subcontractors must be DIR Registered Contractors. Plans and specifications may be purchased through ARC at the specified website.
