Renovation of an educational facility in Wyandanch, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
CR#: 2129414 Contract Term: 20 months VRD Contracting Inc. is actively searching for qualified MBE sub-contractors for the following trades: Landscaping, Paving- Asphalt, Roofing, Sprayed Insulation, Doors-Frames-HW, Resinous Epoxy Floors, Resilient Floors, Painting and Signage to help participate meeting our goals. The project is currently underway. If you are a MBE qualified Sub-Contractor that can perform prevailing wage work in Suffolk/ Nassau county or material supplier for one of the trades listed above; please email: bonnie@vrdcontracting.com for further information. ECC- New ground up 1 story school masonry and stud construction with clerestory and 11,000sf partial basement. MLK/ LFH- Minor interior renovations of adjacent existing schools on the same site footprint as the ECC project. 1ea new elevator to be built outside of the MLK school. All work will be done under one contract. LABOR: Prevailing Wage Rates MBE Goal: 9.00%
