Hays Consolidated Independent School District requests proposals for wireless services and/or equipment, including but not limited to any future bonds and/or construction projects district wide. One original and two copies (one in electronic format) of the response are required for evaluation. The electronic copy must be in a Microsoft Office format or a searchable PDF document. Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope/package clearly marked with the offering company's name, return address, the proposal number and opening date and time, and addressed as specified. Responses received after the opening date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the vendor. Bidders must indicate acceptable methods of procurement from the following options: Separate Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Orders, Procurement (Credit) Cards, or District Check. The contractor must indemnify and hold harmless the District against any and all liability, claims, and costs, for injury, death, or damage to property occurring in connection with the contract, resulting in whole or in part from the negligent acts or omissions of the vendor. Proposals must have a cover page with the vendor’s name and contact information. Proposals must be submitted to the designated contact and location as instructed.
