Reference Number 0000309191 Question Acceptance Deadline Dec 12, 2025 04:00 PM EST Perform an asbestos material survey inventory in each building and/or group of buildings, which meets or exceeds the following requirements: Meets the requirements of an asbestos survey as per PSPC's Asbestos Management Standard and Territorial regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to: Identification, location, condition, accessibility, quantity, friability (e.g friable, non-friable), and an action matrix (i.e. statement of required action for each ACM) Consultant to: - Review all available asbestos management documentation at each site to determine survey, inventory, and sampling requirements. Substantial surveying and sampling has occurred in these buildings in the past; the purpose of this service is develop an up-to-date inventory. - Survey all areas of each building, including all outlier buildings at campus sites (e.g. sheds, trailers, huts, annexes, pedestrian bridges, out buildings) that can be accessed without demolition of existing building finishes or systems, including but not limited to all entrances, lobbies, common areas, rooms, hallways, washrooms, cafeterias, special use areas (e.g. gyms, theaters), excavated basement areas, wall penetrations, building envelope penetrations, mezzanines, penthouses, attics, closets, pipe chases, garages and ceiling and mechanical spaces, to identify all ACMs and/or all suspected ACMs Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
