Annual generator performance verification and service are required at VA Seattle and American Lake facilities in compliance with Joint Commission standard EC 02.05.07, NFPA 110, VHA Environment of Care Program policy EC-67, and VHA Directive 1028. The scope includes comprehensive testing, inspection, and maintenance of generators to ensure operational reliability and adherence to regulatory standards. Services must cover all tasks outlined in the Draft Statement of Work (SOW), including performance verification, preventive maintenance, and documentation of compliance for a five-year period. Contractors must have qualified personnel with relevant certifications and licenses to perform these services in accordance with industry standards.
