Sealed bids are invited to furnish and install Trunk Line F Sanitary Sewer Replacement - Phase 9 as specified. Bids must be submitted to the City Finance Director at City Hall, 200 E. Broadway, by 2:00 PM on January 8, 2026. Bid specifications can be obtained from the City Engineering Department at the same address. In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in bid prices, the City of Hobbs reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous bid, to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing.
