The City of Bradenton is seeking proposals for Professional Services for Stormwater Engineer Services on an as-needed basis for an initial term of three years. Contracts with selected proposers will be approved for inclusion into the Professional Services Library, which covers multiple service categories and provides services through continuing service contracts. Work assignments will be issued as needed throughout the year when projects are identified. Question Deadline 12/23/2025 at 10:00 AM ET Any inquires, suggestions or requests concerning interpretations, clarification or additional information pertaining to the Solicitation shall be submitted electronically The Consultant shall provide professional engineering services for projects within the utility work program consisting of studies, design, permitting, and certification for all types of stormwater engineering services. 3.2 Assignment of Work A. Project sizes may vary, and tasks will be assigned based on individually negotiated work assignments. B. Consultant shall perform all the services specified in accordance with generally accepted professional standards. Consultant shall perform all services expeditiously with professional skill, care, and orderly progress of work. C. At least one (1) key personnel shall hold and maintain the state license(s) necessary to perform the requested work D. All work shall conform to and comply with applicable codes, laws, ordinances, regulations and restrictions. 3.3 Scope of Services This category of work includes professional engineering design services associated with Public Works Utilities. The work may include, but is not limited to pre-design services, design services, and Services During Construction (SDC) which shall include field and/or office administration tasks. Consultant may be requested to provide engineering services for stormwater as indicated below. A. Stormwater application services to support the City's stormwater program shall include: 1. Techincal and engineering studies 2. Cost estimated and analysis 3. Geographic Information (GIS) services a. Data Collection b. Application development c. Mapping d. Operational support 4. Permitting 5. Field Studies 6. Stormwater system inspection and evaluation 7. Land surveying
