Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Monte Vista, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade office development; one-story above grade laboratory facility; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Construction of a new centralized wastewater treatment plant including new headworks, grit removal, process building, secondary treatment process and associated concrete basins, aeration system, blowers, onsite lift stations, tertiary filtration for metals removal, UV disinfection system, dewatering equipment, chemical feed equipment, silo, and all necessary ancillary piping, electrical, controls, earthwork, and biosolids removal and disposal. Included is a new lift station at the Henderson WWTP and force main from the Henderson to Veteran’s WWTP site for consolidation of all wastewater treatment at the Veteran’s site. Also included are several collection system improvement components throughout the city’s collection system. An office and laboratory building is included. Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
