CCTV, WIFI Installation Phase 1 - Maple Grange Park The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, testing, configuration, and documentation necessary for a fully functional CCTV and Wi-Fi network at each designated site. All work must include system commissioning and training of Township personnel. 3.1 CCTV System Requirements o Cameras shall be 5MP fixed turret, 4MP turret, and 8MP panoramic units or approved equivalent. o All cameras shall be compatible with the Milestone XProtect software system. o Configuration shall include setup, testing, and recording integration. o CCTV video shall record 24/7 with a minimum 30-day retention period. o Cabling shall be CAT6, terminated, labeled, and tested. o All wiring shall be installed in accordance with applicable codes and neatly routed. o Mounting hardware, brackets, and other accessories shall be included. 3.2 Wi-Fi System Requirements o Wi-Fi coverage shall be provided within Maple Grange Park, providing approximately 5,000 square feet of coverage. o Each site shall include managed switches with SFP ports and optics. 3.4 Fiber Connection o Primary network devices to be connected with singlemode fiber. 3.5 Internet Connectivity for WiFi and CCTV Camera System o Internet connectivity will be included for a minimum of five years. o Internet connectivity must be fiber or cable, No cellular internet (cradlepoint or similar) service is permitted for use. 3.6 Exclusions o No Hardware servers will be used, cloud based services only.
