Schedule A consists of installing approximately 900 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch ductile iron water main to replace existing asbestos cement and PVC water main on SE North Bend Way as shown on the Plans and as described in the Specifications. Schedule A also includes abandoning water main and filling with CDF, installing water services and hydrants, hot mix asphalt trench restoration, concrete road restoration, and general restoration. Schedule B consists of installing approximately 1,200 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main to replace existing asbestos cement water main on SE Mount Si Road and SE 128th Place as shown on the Plans and as described in the Specifications. Schedule B also includes installing water services and hydrants, hot mix asphalt trench restoration, and general restoration. The Work shall be substantially complete within 40 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. All bidding and construction is to be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions and Contract Plans for this project and any addenda issued thereto that are on file at the office of the Sallal Water Association, North Bend, Washington.
