Lincoln Public Schools is soliciting bids for the construction and installation of a new 50,500 sq. ft. project at the Yankee Hill site. Bidding documents and plans are available at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit made out to Lincoln Public Schools, with an additional non-refundable payment required for shipping if needed. Deposits will be refunded if documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the bid opening. All bids must be submitted on the LPS bid form, and bid security must be provided in the form of a Bid Bond; cashier's or certified checks are not acceptable. Bids are due at the LPS Operations Department and will be publicly opened. A strongly recommended pre-bid meeting will be held at the Operations Department. Notice is hereby given that Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) is accepting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services on LPS Bid # 11289 for the construction and installation of the project at Yankee Hill Site constructed near (S Folsom St) West Burnham Street in southwest Lincoln. The site is approximately 25.4 acres. The proposed project is a new 50,500 sq. ft. facility to serve existing and new programs for high school to age 21-yearold students. Facility spaces will include classrooms, core areas, main office and administration area, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, transition entrances, library, innovation labs and support spaces with a student capacity of approximately 150, and as shown on the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents for the Project.
