Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 93,646-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The project is the construction of the new Burke Mountain Community Centre (BMCC) on a sloped greenfield site in Burke Mountain, Coquitlam. The site features an existing watercourse and three tributaries, two of which require reconstruction. The topography and program requirements require substantial excavation, shoring, dewatering, soil removal, and installation of water-management systems. The project includes about 8,700 sqm of new building area on a 10,350 m² site, integrated with Burke Village Park (about 16,300 m²), with about 237 parking stalls, 128 of which are underground. Scope of work for TP-1A includes all enabling and site preparation work required ahead of major construction, including: tree removal, clearing, and grubbing; erosion and sediment control systems; temporary access roads and laydown areas; temporary services; and water-management and water-treatment infrastructure.
