Renovation of an educational facility in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for window replacement at Hermitage Springs School in Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee. Information for bidders, forms of bid, contract, plans, specifications, and bond forms can be examined at designated locations. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashier's check amounting to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond equal to 100% of the contract price or other security as outlined, with accompanying Power of Attorney. Bids will be received at the Clay County Schools Board of Education Office until the specified deadline, at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at the project site for explanation of the scope and for bidder questions. Addenda will only be sent to bidders with plan deposits on file at the architect's office.
