Question Acceptance Deadline: 2026/01/21 05:00:00 PM EST Sherbourne Health is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced real estate development firms to serve as the development and construction partner for a new 6-storey mixed-use modular residential building. The selected Respondent will work collaboratively with the Owner and a future design team to obtain all required approvals and deliver a complete, high-quality building. The proposed 6-storey mixed-use development includes: -Podium (Levels 1-3) -Community hub and amenity space -Clinical health facilities, including an Acute Respite Care (ARC) program -Supporting program and administration spaces Residential Tower (Levels 4-6) -50 modular studio units for mixed affordable and transitional housing -Designed to support precariously housed individuals within Sherbourne Health's priority populations Additional components: -Demolition of the existing Annex -Construction of a new podium-and-tower building -One underground parking level with 44 parking stalls -Site area: approximately 8,000 sq. ft. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals (RFP) for development firms to serve as the development and construction partner has been issued and extended by the owner. Further update upon award of the RFP.
